Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21 1956) is a British-Canadian actress most well-known for her performance as Samantha Jones in the HBO series Sex and the City for which she received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. The same character was played by her in the movies Sex and the City 2008 as well as Sex and the City 2 2010. Also, she is known for her roles as a leading actress in the films of the 1980s Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's.
